I'm a passionate 32 year old designer, and communicator located here in Surprise Arizona. Born and raised in Colorado Springs I moved to Phoenix when I was 20. I grew up being creative and loving art, influenced and encouraged by my free spirited parents.
After living in Phoenix for a bit I enrolled in college and graduated from the Art Institute of Phoenix in Sept 2001. With the months that followed I established Passing Lane Media, LLC and have been freelancing ever since!

I've been involved with virtually every aspect of business at some point in my ten-year creative career. Being self-employed all that time I've learned how to adapt in many situations. Though its good to acknowledge what I do best, more important is knowing what I don’t. It’s become naturaI to listen twice as much as I talk. Like everyone age can have a significant effect goals and desires, but my dedication and passion are undeniable.
The freedom of freelancing has allowed me the time to expand my knowledge and skills, keeping up with the continually changing trends, techniques, and technology advancements. I've had the chance to create applications for sales presentations, educational environments, product demonstrations, Internet commerce, DVD menus, mass email campaigns, mobile solutions and more. Primarily working with Adobe products I also have experience with Apple's Final Cut Studio, Sony's Professional Solutions, and countless 3rd party applications, extensions, and plug-ins. I can absorb any software easily and quickly, whether it’s complex apps like 3DS or simply navigating web servers and site administrations.
Though typically I'm found creating visuals for screen, throughout the years I've produced designs for all types of print media ranging from vector signage, trade show exhibits, billboards, street promotions, product catalogs, apparel and everything between.
Possibly the most impactive talent in business is communication. The importance of communication is vital in humanity, and the ability to do it well is significant in creating and maintaining relationships of all types. Whether its extracting concepts and visions from my head to be translated, negotiating with potential or problem clientele, observing and approaching diverse personalities effectively, and more. I've been able to exercise my communication skills in a wide variety of environments and situations. Of the various types of communication, visual communication is by far the most used, and the most influential. Beyond a sharp eye for design, proof of a solid creator can be seen in the ability to communicate to oneself. Organizing ideas, separating processes, self reflection, balancing personal wants with logical needs... etc...
