You need a Flash Player update! Flash Player is a trusted Adobe product. Adobe is also the creator of Acrobat Reader (.pdf) which you probably have installed and/or have used at some point. The Flash plugin ships installed on your computer from the manufacture and enables you to view animations, sound, video and other multimedia formats seamlessly. Software updates come out at least once a year so depending on your computer settings as well as how you interact with the Internet this update can sometimes be missed and/or denied.
